Regional Information Technology Manager - Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa
Current• Plan and manage operational policies and strategies in AMEA region.• Delegate responsibilities to other managers to meet company goals.• Ensure that the required statistical reporting is completed and disseminated as appropriate.• Oversee and take responsibility for regional quality control and performance management.• Direct recruitment and training processes in response to company requirements• Manage large budgets and be accountable for these budgets.• Ensuring the smooth running of the IT operations in the field, including user support, IT systems, domain services, communications, and connectivity• Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.• Providing guidance and support to field office IT staff as they perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks on the servers, PCs, and other devices.• Establishing project scopes, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables that support business goals and tracking projects progress.• Recommending information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends anticipating requirements• Developing, and implementing new IT procedures in the field and reviewing and enhancing existing procedures• Escalate to Senior Management levels as needed to bring correct response and support from owning groups.• Conduct, Participate and contribute to postmortem calls within the Problem Mgt process, where required.• Identify & pursue opportunities for continuous improvement.• Responsible for managing IT SLA’s, CSAT and SLO’s.• Managing the cloud operations team and responsible for Azure infrastructure.• Managing the network security & firewall.• Interact directly with all departments’ heads to identify needs.• Head and stimulate department team to attain set standards and objectives.
