- Desktop Support (Windows XP/7)- Desktop migration from Windows XP to Windows 7.- Audio Visual support, including video conferencing and Microsoft Lync 2010.- Application Packaging with Installshield/deployment using SCCM 2007/2012.- Desktop SOE maintenance with SCCM, with task sequencing.- Security vulnerability remediation work.

Manage and update the desktop SOE image using RIS.• Excellent knowledge of Active Directory environment and group policy configuration and management.• Involved in team project to design and deploy SCCM 2007 environment. This project was to upgrade the old SMS 2.0 environment.• Excellent SMS/SCCM knowledge. One of the tasks that required good documentation was for packaging and deployment. These documents are handed over to desktop team, for their reference.• Following the ITIL process for submitting and implementing changes.• Desktop DR support. Maintain the desktop DR image (ghost image), and involvement with the desktop DR tests.• Project for Netware 4.1 migration to Windows 2003 environment.
