Formed a partnership with Lab126, and Amazon Go R&D to develop products for fulfillment.- Automation Technology Team focused on large-scale perception, IIoT/IoRT cyber-physical automation systems from the Pack-to-door, owned all RFID engineering for Amazon fulfillment. - Managed a team of Senior Engineers (HW, SW, EE, Firmware) developing perception systems that enable a seamless supply chain.- Wearable device technology, Real-time sensor integration while using human-centered design to enhance the associate experience.- Chief Architect of VBI - re-designed, tested and implemented (Over 11+ FC's globally) Amazon's large-scale ML/industrial vision project that had been previously in development for 2 years, saving over 65% in total installed cost.- Setup the entire SC, establishing new MFG vendors.- Designed and sourced LED lighting systems with custom electronic control for machine vision with MFG in China.
