I designed and development of new tools to allow customer services reps respond to customer issues more quickly and with out having to escalate the issue to a developer. Provided 2nd level support for all Data related issues.Designed and develop enhancements/replacements for current "Feed" processing systems. I provided support for production jobs that processed incoming data so that it could be incorporated into the HomeFinder Website. I Developed tools and utilities to assist in the maintenance and monitoring of production jobs.

I was part of the Team that won the 2009 EISM Five-Star Team Award.As a Data Analyst I Developed Meta Data, Data Maps in support of Operational Data Store projects.I designed and implemented an enhanced Data Mapping management system to allow only specific data maps to be moved from development to test to production with out all users having to sign out of the system.

I provided support for the production processing environment, running under IBM OS/MVS.Developed, implemented, supported systems to build a credit reporting data base containing over 3 billion records. Systems were build using IBM 370 Assembler, REXX, SASS, TSO File Tailoring, DB2 SQL and load utilities.Over my years at TransUnion I held a number of positions including Development Team Leader, and Lead the Marketing Services Development Team through Y2K.

Lead the team that designed and developed all USPS certified Address Matching Software.
