• Lazada is among South-East Asia’s leading e-commerce players, acquired by Alibaba in 2016. This role reported to the global Chief Marketing Officer, and held responsibility for marketing performance across 6 countries.
• Planning, monitoring and steering the performance of $100m+ in annual marketing spend with responsibility for the budgeting, target-setting and channel spend allocation processes across 6 markets (SG/TH/ID/PH/MY/VN)
• Running initiatives (e.g. discount pricing optimisation) that reduced our customer acquisition cost 40% in 1 year
• Managing a team to produce analytics and reporting to support Executive/Board decision-making
