• Participate in meetings with Project Managers to support staffing needs.• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements.• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, administering tests, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements.• Drive offer process, including extending offers and closing candidates.

• Write and post technical job descriptions.• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT/Technical resumes.• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).

• Assist Talent Acquisition Advisors on recruitment activities.• Support Recruiters with administration processes and search of candidates.• Provide payroll support to internal and external customers.• Cooperate with the local and regional Talent Acquisition on projects and initiatives.

• Manage order fulfillment.• Research customer order problems and work cross-functionally to resolve them.• Facilitate product and sales information flow.• Engage in sales operations process improvements.
