When it came to the fork in the road for my next career opportunity, I chose to come back to a venue and employees I knew best. For me, it was an opportunity to bring the calm back to the valuable team that exist here.

I monitored the fulfillment of all security requirements defined by the Security Rider. I ensured facility surveillance by collaborating with FBO to detect suspicious individuals before the planned charter flights. I supervised continuous risk assessment through surveillance and also ensured the escalation of unforeseen troubles. I even acted as physical protection of talent and offered continuous protection by staying in proximity. I prevented unauthorized access to the production back of the house and dressing rooms by securing all non-public access locations to talents. I collaborated with venue representatives and law enforcement to detect real-time threats to the talent/ executives or venues as well as ensured adherence to the Fan Code of Conduct. Moreover, I performed a threat assessment of the show venue and provided reports to the Senior Director of Security. I built transparent communication with tour representatives, including the international security team and contracted transportation operators.• Functioned at a high-paced level while maintaining a strong mental and physical presence as well as a professional appearance for over 960 WWE shows throughout the United States and Foreign countries. Televised RAW/SmackDown and PPV production were much larger productions and required extensive attention to detail both pre-show and during the show. Movement of WWE talent was always top priority in regards to their safety, when mixed amongst fans.

Remained with Orlando Police Department post full-time retirement as a contracted Reserve Officer. I served within the agency as a School Resource Officer at an elementary behavioral school and the Orlando Police Department Airport Division. ( Orlando International Airport)

With this experience it provided me the experience to quickly adapt to various scenarios that required a calm sensible demeanor. Serving in the Corporal rank provided me years of management skills with officers within my squad. The supervisory role provided me the must need knowledge when supervising , counseling or recommending discipline on occasion. My two biggest accomplishments were being one of two officers to implement the Neighborhood Team Policing concept. This placed two officer teams in high risk communities where we gained and maintained the trust and open line of communication within the housing district. My team brought such success, that the unit was expanded to 6 two man teams within the City of Orlando.My second proudest accomplishment was to of created the Senior Citizens Police Academy. This 12 week course held at community centers enable our seniors to travel during the morning sessions and be provided valuable knowledge on many facets of law enforcement. At the completion of the course, each senior got to do a ride long with a patrol officer, and at graduation, they were presented certificates that meant the world to them. Wonderful long lasting friendships gained from that program.

CENTRAL FLORIDA FAIR & EXPO PARK/ORLANDO AMPHITHEATER • Director of Security and Safety operations • 1997-2021A multipurpose rental facility and venue in Orlando, Florida specializing in outdoor festivals, concerts, and fairs.Provided direction for the organization related to all security and safety operations for venue events both in-house/rental operations. Coordinated City of Orlando/Central Florida police staffing for all events happening on property and directed and supervised all event staffing related to safety/health.Handled all security briefings and after action meetings for safety/security Managed the contracted security vendor relationships on-site for non-exclusive events working with multiple festivals/events security leads Managed operations of safety of over 150+ events and over 1.5 million attendees annually.Coordinated touring security advances including pre-show scanning/K-9/Bomb and crowd management operations.Handled advancing operations for multiple political rallies/events with local and national officials and security including visits with President Trump and Vice President Harris. Managed the capital improvement projects for all safety on property that included Security camera systems/Walk thru security detectors/wands and supplies.

Responsible for creating leads within the southeast region. Developed relationships with Federal and local law enforcement agencies to introduce our many security products, which included cargo imaging, prisoner restraint devices, less lethal etc

In this role, I led a Federally funded grant project to revamp the CCTV room, limo lanes, and Super-Stops based in the tri-county area. I even delivered all monthly and weekly reports of the $2.5M project to the Federal government. I collaborated with all contractors to ensure fulfillment of the requirements within the set timeframe.• Gained knowledge about federal grants or project management through in-depth and consistent research and successfully fulfilled federal mandates in documentation and submission to the federal government.• Coordinated with vendors with robust communication and problem-solving ability to redesign and build the project.
