I work with all of our GiveGrove clients to train, implement, and execute their fundraising events through our platform. I train and educate Organization's volunteers on the platform and address check-in and check-out procedures at their events. I onboard and host all potential Organization's that might be interested in GiveGrove to help them understand how GiveGrove works and assess whether GiveGrove might be a good fit for their fundraising needs. I develop, create, and mockup all development changes or upgrades to the platform as well as receiving and reviewing requests and feedback from current clients.

Facilitating experiences for area high school students to meet area entrepreneurial leaders. In the process students learn about themselves, the region, and career opportunities.

-Providing support for the social media program and other PR outreach.-Creation of consistent brand and message of the organization-Identify and recruit, educate, and engage volunteers-Assist with fund development, grant writing, surveys, and metrics-Update social media sites and create stronger presence online-Plan events and outreach programs

-Supervision of a Program Coordinator, Receptionist, and Student Workers-Develop and Define Student Leadership Initiatives for the Student Activities Office-Advisor to the Senior Class Council-Advisor to the Off Campus Council-Advisor to Senior Week-Primary Support for Graduate Clubs-Support for Undergraduate Clubs-Administrator for the SAOnline Program Management system-Member of the Discern Coalition for Student Development-Member of the Graduate Life Committee committed to improve the quality of life for Graduate Students

-Primary contact for all undergraduate student clubs and organizations -Plan various campus wide events as necessary throughout the year-Organize and Implement Bookstore Basketball, the largest 5 on 5 outdoor basketball in the world. -Coordinate Activities Night for campus clubs and organizations-Advise the Club Coordination Council and their allocation of funds to different student organizations and clubs. -Plan and excute all fall late night and weekend programming, specifically around Notre Dame Home football games. -Other duties as assigned.

-Supported the area coordinator with administrative duties for 500+ sophomore students-Supervised, counseled, and evaluated a staff of six resident assistants -Rotated as designated on-call graduate administrator for crisis management-Participated in professional staff meetings and conducted in-area meetings in absence of area coordinator-Participated in weekly leadership team meetings with area coordinator and other residence coordinators-Advised a community assistant staff committee and supervised the community assistant forum for the residence hall-Facilitated over 50 behavioral conferences for the university judicial system and educated students on their actions on the greater university community -Directed and assigned duty scheduling for entire hall staff-Maintained regular office hours and weekly one on one’s with staff members
