Responsible for the P&L of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s third-party logistics business units including Fisher Clinical Services Managed Transportation service offering TTM and Clinical Supply Distribution Operations in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC as well as the Patheon Logistics (formerly Priority Solutions International) a warehousing, freight forwarding and transportation services business unit generating a total of $380 million of revenues.- Launched the Total Transportation Management service offering within the recently acquired Patheon CDMO business generating revenue synergies and differentiating the organization from its competition.- Pioneered a holistic global strategy for the transportation service lines of division which enable 19% organic growth equating to $24M in additional revenue.- Acted as executive sponsor for multiple strategic projects to develop new service offerings for Direct to Patient clinical trials, Cell and Gene Therapy, and Hypercare GPS tracking. - Drove the marketing campaign for the rebranding of Priority Solutions International as Patheon Logistics.- Produced a Cold Chain differentiation go to market strategy coined Zero Excursion Mindset. - Prioritized and implemented the capital budget which produced a tripling of capacity at the Suzhou, China operation, the opening of new facilities in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Ahmedabad, India.
