• Improved the server-side caching of the company’s main application using VB.NET and C#which improved memory utilization and load times with clients reporting an improvementof up to 90% in some cases.• Implemented single-page functionality in many of the core components of the applicationusing HTML and the Aurelia JavaScript framework.• Created a diagnostics window that allows clients to see the status of the server and resetthe server cache.

• Converted all incoming and preexisting .tif files, which could only be viewed with a Java applet that was no longer supported by some browsers, to .pdf files.• Allowed thousands of employees to continue to view and gather data from the millions of files in multiple databases across three different production environments.• Used tools such as OpenText Capture Center, OpenText Case360, and Hyland OnBase for image OCR and file management with their scripting languages heavily based on Java and C# as well as Oracle SQL.• Gained additional experience in a structured team environment with the complete life cycle of software development, product deployment, QA and automated testing, as well as product support.
