Report to the Senior Manager regularly on the status of all matters pertaining to efficient operation of the organization. Keep apprised of all policies and disseminate information to all employees regarding such policies. Counsel personnel on pertinent professional and personal matters which may effect the efficiency of the intelligence organization. Assist in the supervision of clerical and administrative matters, the employment teams, and provide reliable and secure means to receive and disseminate Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) to authorized recipients within the proper organizations.

Serve as subject matter expert to the senior executive. Assist in creating a positive organizational climate and enforce organizational standards and policies. Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks in support of correspondence, awards, promotions, performance evaluations, and employee grievances. Conduct, supervise, and manage employee training requirements including in-person/online education and physical training in order to maintain high sustainment of standards and deployable readiness.

Perform senior level duties in formulating and implementing maintenance plans to support tactical logistics in accordance with current regulations and policies. Develop up-to-date- policies and procedures for electronics systems maintainers to perform inspection and classification; servicing, adjustment, and tuning; repair; modification; recovery and evacuation; overhauling and rebuilding; and testing and calibration of equipment. Manage the activities of all personnel of diverse maintenance specialties within the organization by teaching best practices, supervising, evaluating, and inspecting performance.

Supervise and coordinate the planning, installation, operation, and maintenance for strategic voice switching common user network and special subscriber terminal employment within a large organization, including external connectivity to joint and national systems, and our supporting establishment infrastructure for voice, data, and video services. Able to write highly detailed architectural network and support plans. Responsible for the welfare, leadership training, and development of the organization. Lead, motivate, and enforce high standards of professional conduct for all members of the teams. Ensure all personnel employees continue personal, professional and moral growth.

Carry through preliminary screening, administrative processing, scheduling physical examinations, completing contract documents, and maintaining accurate records. Remain thoroughly familiar with the recruitment process and be able to work in austere environments away from the organization headquarters. Perform complex diagnosis, repairs, and modifications to communications equipment. Supervise communications maintenance activities and instruct in the use of repair of communications systems. Provide technical assistance during the employment and installation of communications systems.
