Currently based in the Singapore office, I lead and help to shape our research and strategy practice. Also shaping training content for individuals and organisations. Ask me anything about the nuts and bolts of design research, the 'way of being' during research, the relationship between synthesis and the spectrum of innovation, and how that crosses over to design and strategy.

In short, I get to study a lot of people, in many different cultures, languages and contexts.Using evidence uncovered, I work together with clients, and our wider team to inform the (sometimes hard) paths we need to take in order to make this a better world for everyone, at scale.
