A private company with revenues of $80m per annum, Skyline was successfully sold to Thermal Systems KWC Ltd. in July 2015.• Responsible for all financial operations group-wide of a ~$75m business• Completed all due diligence required to facilitate the successful sale of the business• Led business transformation including a full rework of organizational structure, product lines, and geographical work regions in order to rescue the distressed business• Negotiated refinancing and transitioned to a new banking partner while managing all key banking relationships • Led compliance with IFRS, GAAP and tax reporting requirements across the US and Canada• Created forecast and budgets for operational staff and banking partners• Consolidation and management of 14 separate corporate entities across North America• Improved cash flow by more than 50% during the first six months in the role• Oversaw the transformation from -10% EBITDA to positive EBITDA over an 18-month period• Developed and implemented entirely new management and reporting processes for financial results, operational results and cash reporting• Developed profitability reporting on product lines to support business decisions• Supervised payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and supply chain functions• Implemented Exaktime electronic timesheet technology to eliminate paper-based timesheets and associated data entry
