Adshel was one of Australia and New Zealand's largest out-of-home media owners, and the market leader in street furniture advertising. Following acquisition by oOh! Media, the Adshel brand was withdrawn from both markets at the end of 2018. As Sales & Marketing Director I had direct responsibility for a sales team of 50 and a marketing team of 13, and was a member of the company's 6-person Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO.

Clear Channel is a global leader in radio and out-of-home media with over 850 radio stations and more than 300,000 outdoor displays.Focusing on sales strategy and capability in Clear Channel's out-of-home markets outside North America and on International Sales development, I worked with the leadership of business units in over 30 countries on revenues of more than US$2.6bn.

Responsible for revenue growth across Northcliffe's 130+ UK local newspapers and their affiliated websites which operated under the 'This Is' brand. Northcliffe is the regional division of DMGT, one of Great Britain's 'big four' publishers.● Developed the strategy to re-engineer the business’s commercial culture and rolled out the accompanying sales effectiveness programme across 23 centres and over 900 sales staff. The second phase of this project has delivered over £3.4m of cost reduction with a 14% uplift in productivity.● Created and led the process to centralise recruitment advertising sales over three phases from 20 telesales operations into 1 contact centre, re-inventing the sales process and taking an entirely new trading currency to market. The project has delivered defined business benefits of £11m.
