I am actively advising the Managing Director of the Fund on its new program: the Benjamin Mkapa Wildlife Awards. I am additionally coordinating the development of an organizational-wide five-year strategy plan for the Fund.

I worked alongside the CEO to develop a 5-year business plan and fundraising strategy for the Firm, aas well as introduced an online-membership business model. As part of the 5-year business plan, I restructured the Firm internally. While doing this, I managed a staff of eight employees and successfully reduced the company’s annual operating costs by 55% and delivered 10x growth of its product user base.

I worked directly with the Director of Marketing to develop recruitment campaigns for SMEs in 20+ operating markets in Africa and South Asia. While in this role, I collaborated with the Learning and Evaluation Team to analyze and create a report on the impact of Covid-19 on SMEs in emerging markets. In addition, I served as the Project manager and producer for Seed's award-winning Podcast series: Grit & Growth.

I spent eight weeks working to support CEOs and Entrepreneurs that partner with Stanford Seed and served as Producer and Photographer to help generate marketing material for the Stanford Seed program.

I helped lead a CEO-directed initiative to diversify café-based sales through online delivery platforms Jumia & Yum. As a result of implementing a new marketing strategy and improving its sales system, the company experienced 30% sales growth in the project sector within the two-month internship period.

Lead researcher on a project that seeks to determine the distribution and occupancy of Atelocynus microtis in the Madre de Dios ecosystem of the Peruvian Amazon, by using a geo-spatially designed camera trapping grid. The project operated for six months in the Las Piedras Amazon Reserve, and the camera findings are currently being analyzed.
