I am a seasoned engineering and construction attorney with nearly 30 years experience counseling companies in the United States and abroad. My areas of expertise include all facets of construction law, but I also have extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, litigation management, compliance, commercial negotiations, labor and employment, and risk management. I possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and I utilize a good judgment / common-sense approach to problem solving. I enjoy working on complicated issues and advising clients on their most challenging problems. I am happily married with four wonderful children, and I am actively involved in my church and several local charities.
