My corporate generalist background has enabled me to consistently develop and implement practical solutions to complex problems involving corporate governance, risk, compliance, contract negotiations, M&A transactions, litigation, intellectual property, HR, employment, and data protection/privacy. Across my career, I’ve become the go-to person and trusted advisor to organizations, allowing me to bridge the legal and business divide, while seeking out opportunities to expand my knowledge. Some of my biggest wins have included negotiating deals with the US government and the world’s largest defense contractors and tech giants, negotiating one of the single largest multibillion-dollar services contracts in a company’s history, and helping an organization through multiple acquisitions, which produced four years of monumental revenue growth.I’m passionate about working with all aspects of the organization (board of directors, stakeholders, executive teams, and all business functions) to provide guidance, assistance, and insight, as well as evaluate the unique goals, objectives, and risks of any given scenario to achieve the best outcome.
