I lead teams to help our clients accomplish commercial objectives in real estate: manage total occupancy-related expenses, conduct and structure real estate related transactions in connection with the preparation, negotiation and execution of lease agreements, including leases, subleases, lease and sublease amendments and renewals, estoppels, subordination non-disturbance and attornment agreements, purchase-and-sale agreements, and related real estate agreements.I advise in the production of signed agreements and completed real estate transactions that are authorized in accordance with my clients' policies, procedures, investment criteria and best practices.I mentor and train emerging brokers, prepare financial analysis including comparative total occupancy cost analysis on a cash and book basis.
