• Launched Lloyd’s Syndicate (s2288)• Lead business planning and startup team with Lloyd's, and drove capital raise efforts. Received Lloyd’s board approval through a rigorous submission process. Worked with agents, advisors, and brokers to execute launch and operations of the Syndicate.• Worked with Victor CEO to create a 3-year plan for the new Victor Managing General Agency (MGA) business. Secured approval for organic investment, and M&A capital to execute a digital underwriting and capital strategy.• Delivered business approval and launched major initiatives: Victor European expansion, US claims expansion, Technology Portal upgrade.• Developed M&A strategy for MGA space and explored 10+ opportunities.

• Developed insuretech growth strategy. Built a full business intelligence team and infrastructure analyzing sales and operations. • Led an executive working group to create business and operating plans for Dovetail Insurance, an insurtech acquisition, received Marsh executive approval budget in new investment. • Steered product development for Dovetail 2.0 through a large-scale competitive analysis.

• Grew Openfolio to 90,000 active users through a content marketing and social media advertising strategy. • Placed 25+ press pieces into CNN, FOX, Forbes, TheStreet, Reddit over 18-months. Sourced and signed content partnerships with CNN Money, Fidelity, and Robinhood. • Lead community support and quality assurance. Created in-app user tracking. • Recruited and hired a community manager, engineer, and graphic designer.

• Worked on 20+ M&A opportunities/projects. Highlights: Receivables Exchange investment, SecondMarket partnership, AMEX and LIFFE JVs, Deutsche Bourse merger, Intercontinental Exchange merger.• Led a UK-based team through a multi-staged bidding process for the London Metals Exchange, valued at over £1 Billion. Directed due diligence teams, advisers, and legal counsel. Drafted bid letters, presentations, and financial models.• Managed 1 analyst, 1 associate, and 2 summer analysts.• Worked directly with CEO to produce 2012 Strategic Plan, which was presented to Board to position NYSE Euronext for the 2013 merger with Intercontinental Exchange.• Created and ran annual strategic workshops with 3 main divisional heads to set budget and investment priorities each year for 3 years.• Guided derivatives strategy through creation of a widely adopted competitive tracking system for market share in international derivatives markets.• Recognized by management as a rising leader, and selected for executive management training at INSEAD with a group of 50 out of 3,000 employees.
