With over 20 years of experience as a Program Manager and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Subject Matter Expert (SME), I have successfully managed and delivered multiple contracts for defense systems, such as CAMMO, NOALS, CPCA, CPCA Recompete, Fort Greely, Frost, and GMD SCOM. I have also contributed to the proposal development and recompete processes for these programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.My core competencies include program management, O&M leadership, satellite communications, DRSN maintenance, and subcontractor coordination. I have leveraged these skills to oversee the performance, budget, and reporting of various projects, as well as to mentor and empower my teams. I have also applied my organizational leadership and operational planning skills to my charity work as an Executive Pastor at Life Church and an American Red Cross Instructor Trainer. My mission is to use my expertise and experience to support and serve the defense and humanitarian sectors.
