Positive and analytical troubleshooter with management and leadership experience. My adaptability and eagerness to learn, combined with my strong interpersonal skills, very effective written and oral communication and innate sense of organization have given me great opportunities. Chief among these was my experience with the UN in Kosovo.There I taught environmental practices, being directly responsible for capacity building within the Ministry of the Environment as well as managing the development of a national park/water reserve. This time was invaluable in terms of understanding how to liaise with the multitude of stakeholders, setting and achieving goals and milestones, compiling and analyzing data in order to draft various types of documents, conducting research, reviewing project materials and progress and fund raising.
