Brought in as a consultant to facilitate projects according to their Finance and Accounting Roadmap. The following are projects I assisted in the development of new procedures and/ or aid in the straightening up of the General Ledger Accounts.-Chart of Accounts implementation: Mapping previous GL accounts into the new GL structure, and testing. Ensuring the success of the "Go Live" date. Part of the COA committee for providing feedback during the transition process and keeping the project on time.-Credit Memo Process: Identified 1.2 million dollars in unused Credits. New processes were created and deployed to the AP team to properly record within the General Ledger. -Fixed Assets: Performed an Analysis of Inter-company Purchases from 2021-2023. Identified 1.7 million in Computer Hardware and 1.3 million in Software Licensing that was categorized improperly. Updated capitalization process to capture all new assets going forward. I -Inventory: Identified 6 million dollar overstatement of Inventory accounts. Untangled transactions to narrow issues within our systems. Worked closely with AR and AP management on updating process improvements. Additionally, advising with the BIZOP group to create reports for more efficient reconciliations

Pomp's Tire Service is a large commercial tire dealer with 161 locations and 15 manufacturing plants-Leadership and development of AP, AR, National Accounts and Tax teams (15 direct, 4 AP, 6 AR, 3 National Accounts and 2 Tax accountants)-Lead in special projects, financial analysis, system implementation-Preparation of journal entries and other reconciliation items for month-end close-Liaison between IT and accounting departments-Assisted with annual audit process
