Allstate is distributed through our exclusive agents and the other companies through the broker channel. - Oversaw the Actuarial, Product Development, Connected Car, Insurance Risk Analytics, Underwriting, Correct Class, Property Services, Location and Market Intelligence teams which consists of over 150 employees with an operational budget of $16 million dollars.- Helped introduce Broadening the Target to Canada and leveraged it for our homowners line to maximize growth with a combined ratio constraint. - Helped develop an auto and property harmonized rating plan strategy for the company. - Project sponsor for product enhancements such as the introduction of an overland water product solution for our homeowner customers. - Other product enhancements include Claims Satisfaction Guarantee, Claims free Bonus Cheque and Vehicle Safety Discount. - Introduced of a mobile solution for our connected car strategy. - The introduction of Continuous Improvement in our Underwriting department that helped with efficiencies and lowering our SLAs.
