While in this position I was in-charge of managing my station and managing my teams rota this involved good communication and meant I had to be compassionate and understanding.This job was fast paced and meant you had to be able to work in a high pressure environment, it also meant you had to deal with customer complaints and had to try and resolve problems in a way that helped the customer and upheld the brands image.
