Worked with the Business Development team at the Port of Long Beach to identify potential tenants for the site – this effort resulted in a top five global automobile manufacturer wanting to establish a new vehicle processing center on the site.Global top 20 Financial Institution:Functional Engagement: Corporate representation.Appointed by the firm's Corporate Real Estate Department to represent and advise the in the rollout of several new branches in the greater Los Angeles area. Developed new, innovative technology solution using specific demographic information, Federal Banking Deposit data, existing locations and competitor locations all layers into GIS imagery to facilitate identification of opportunities for new branches were identified. Became the standard for all future siting processes by the firm.
