As a member of the Labour Relations Team we are responsible for providing coordination of all LR activities on the Keeyask Hydro Project. We provide labour relations advice and collective agreement expertise to all levels of management. We serve as the main contact between all craft unions when dealing with all collective agrreement concerns.

Labour Relations responsibilities include negotiation, contract administration and interpretation of provincial and single employer collective agreements as well as providing leadership in the planning and formation of bargaining strategies.

Part of an on-site team that serves as the conduit between the owner and the hundreds of contractors performing on-going maintenance and construction. We deal primarily with contract interpretation, policy and rule enforcement as well as federal and provincial legislation.
