Excelled in the troubleshooting and monitoring of Iron Mountain Inc.'s critical '24/7' global network. Aggressively provided network and security support while applying problem solving analysis to a multitude of users and business units alike. Implemented and participated in developing network and security strategies, performance improvements, optimization and the resolution of problematic issues. Developed and maintained consistent network and security databases while updating relevant documentation. Managed and scrutinized the volume of tickets while complying with service level agreements.
