I've always loved and have been fascinated by computers. From the moment my mother bought us our first PC and we booted up the internet for the first time, I knew I was hooked. Whether it was video games or excel spreadsheets computers have always had a place in my life. In high school I learned the basics of computers and coding in Python, C++, and Java and was even able to win a couple awards in programming. Currently I'm working with Merit America to get my Google IT certificate so I can become an IT specialist to help people with their technical concerns.Like computers, I've always had an interest in helping others. Most of my professional experience has involved customer service in one way or another and my goal in all of those positions was to help the customer have the best experience possible. I know what it's like to be lost and have a problem I can't solve on my own so I empathize with people that come in with concerns. I want to be there to resolve those concerns and help everyone feel seen. Whether it's helping someone get financing for a solar system or getting them that great cup of coffee to start their day, seeing people get the help they need has always put a smile on my face.I'm looking for a position where I can do the most good with the passions I have.
