In any given year I would manage approximately one thousand separate maintenance contracts. Develop and maintain the Testing and Maintenance database and processes. Manage the Testing and Maintenance teams and all logistical issues.Key Account Manager : To oversee the contract's administration of all national and key accounts including the allocation of resources to each job/project as per contracted timetable. To maintain close liaison with these key customers keeping them abreast of progress and dealing with all issues in a timely and professional manner. Produce statistical information and financial reports describing performance and profitability of all key accounts for board of directors on a monthly basis.
