This was a major upgrade that required the analysis of over 2,500 fixes and over 60 change requests covering the areas of mortgage application, mortgage processing and arrears. Following the successful upgrade I moved on to the New Business Automation programme for the introduction of a web based mortgage application module for brokers and other authorised agents. My main duty was the requirements definition for the interface from the new application module into the existing Summit back office financial package.
