CurrentI provide consultation and direct services to small and medium sized non-profit organizations seeking to measure and illustrate the impacts of their programs and policy interventions in the Greater Louisville Area.My approach is to combine consultation services with direct ones in order to enhance an organization's internal capacities for data collection and analysis. I do so by working with organizations to create systems and tools (e.g. evaluation/analysis plans, surveys, data collection protocols, databases, and graphic/analytical reporting tools) tailored to the specific needs of the organization so they can demonstrate the impacts of their valuable programming without having to continually pay for the services of external program-evaluators (like me!). When an organization grows its capacity to collect and utilize data, that organization is better equipped to recognize and improve its under-performing programs, elevate the recognition of high-performing programs, enhance the confidence participants/stakeholders have in programming, and improve the organization's overall ability to plan strategically, utilize resources, attract new sources of funding and otherwise lobby for the advancement of organizational goals.
