a man who dedicated himself to training. his first experience as a trainer is becoming a psychosocial team at merapi eruption 2010. this is the first time David meets his mentor, Novianta Kuswandi.I’m charmed by the unique qualities of people. I’m a keen observer of people’s strengths and I can draw out the best in each person. I enjoy collaborating with others to gain fresh perspectives and learn from them. I hear the one-of-a-kind stories in each person’s life and I’m eager to help them achieve their full potential. Consequently, once I had attained my Bachelor in Psychology, working as a training designer was a natural step for me.Through my coaching I support people in being:influential rather than controlled;deeply involved in pursuing goals, and striving to achieve them despite the difficulties;capable of perceiving potential threats as opportunities for personal or professional growth;able to maintain their self-belief in spite of setbacks;constantly developing transferable skills;able to THRIVE in the modern labor market, and constantly changing environment.I’m dedicated to promoting mental strength.
