CurrentAfter getting used to the new Police Service with Shift 2 Response, I have now moved to Shift 3 Response where I have taken on the role of Senior Officer for the Shift stepping up to take responsibility for the shift in the absence of a local Sergeant to deliver briefings, organise shift crews and delegate priorities and tutor new student officers.Still with the plan of looking at moving on to a further career in either the Roads to Policing Team or the Central Motorway Policing Group (CMPG) as a future plan, looking at stopping the OCG’s and other criminals from being able to use the nations road networks to live around the country, disrupting their activities and making it ever harder for them to get around.
