Large UK Bank, Data Analyst Worked as part of the Disposal team on two of the largest loan sales in Irish history consisting of billions of euro tied to thousands of borrowers.The Disposal program is central to the bank’s strategy of reducing its balance sheet, stabilising funding, a refocused global presence with a lower risk profile.Main responsibilities included:Leading the Q&A process in each sale which involved dealing directly with bidders. This included a twice daily call with all relevant team leads.Allocating questions received and making sure the answers provided were as accurate and professional as possibleWorking directly with the Property Advisory Unit and with DTZ Sherry FitzGerald and CBRE.Analysing any large anomalies between valuations and what was on the system.Liaising with solicitors and relationship managers to ensure all relevant documents were available for bidders in the Virtual Data Room.Collating and scraping data not held in structured format in bank systems and from current system extracts.Providing reports to senior management.Maintaining spreadsheets including creating formulae and macros.
