ARS Investments was a family owned LLC created to purchase and manage commercial real estate investments. Being the sole operator of this business venture, I was responsible for all aspects of the project from property identification through final sale. Both multi-million dollar properties were packaged, syndicated and later sold yielding average annual returns in excess of 20% providing both the family partnership and the investor group with significant returns on their respective investments.Sourced, identified and analyzed commercial real estate acquisition opportunities.
