Inspected and observed all ongoing pipeline construction performed by the Contractor, Centerline Utilities, Inc. as a PUMPS representative, as known as resident project representative (RPR) on Southeastern Technical Solutions, Inc. (SETS) contract for First Park South Florida Water and Wastewater System Modification Project in Jupiter, Florida in Palm Beach County.Scope of Work:The work included the installation of a potable water booster pump station and appurtenances with an associated backup power generator, 250 LF of 12" PVC water main and appurtenances, 4,385 LF of 8" PVC force main and appurtenances with 4 DIP directional bores and one DIP subaqueous crossings, pump and electrical control panel upgrades to an existing lift station, and backup power generator system for the existing lift station. The work also included the plugging and abandoning of three existing raw water wells and the decommissioning of existing water and wastewater treatment facilities.As a RPR on First Park South Florida, some duties and responsibilities included:* Conduct on-site observations of construction in progress (including specialized field tests), to assist in determining if construction proceeded in substantial accordance with Contract documents and that completed construction conforms with the Contract Documents. As the RPR, any construction believed to be unsatisfactory, faulty or defective or does not conform to the Contract Documents, or did not meet the requirements of any inspections, tests or approvals required notification to SETS and the Construction Contractor.
