Managed a variety of Projects including a Buddist Columbarium, a Junior College Administration Building, a $ 21 Million Infrastructure Project at MD Anderson (Cancer Center), Architectural Department Renovation at Texas A&M - College Station Tx and a $ 21 Million Recreation, Education and Kinesiology Center for University of Texas - Brownsville Tx.

Tenant Finish and Telecommunications for Enron Building 2, a $ 33 Million negotiated GMP as part of a $ 250 Million Project in downtown Houston. Total Project included 1.2 million SF within the 42 story facility. Finish included Levels 1-9 including the Executive Level and all Trading Floors.

Alamodome Stadium - 65,000 seating capacity. Managed Project from selection of Design Team through Grand Opening of the $ 125 Million facility. Prepared and Managed approx. 44 Prime Contracts over 4+ years. Completed on time despite major issues with weather and contaminated soils. Revenue collection allowed for several major upgrades in scopes.

Construction of Sea World of Texas outside San Antonio Texas. Initial $ 60 million Project expanded to $ 120 Million with same completion date. Managed 5 of the 8 significant features in the Park, including the Penguin Facility, Shamu Stadium, Main Entrance, Water Ski Stadium and Dolphin Exhibit.

Assigned to Commercial Division for the development of a New Industrial City on the East Coast of Saudi Arabia. Approx. 8 Divisions supervised approx. 220 concurrent projects with an international work force of 30,000. Prime Projects included the Al-Fanateer 200 Bed Hospital ($ 85 million), Al-Huwaylat Hospital Expansion ($ 46 Million) and an Enclosed.
