After a company restructure, including being involved with the transition to our new owners, a greater number of advisers and money being received was the result.Now responsible for the daily management of commission income from 300+ provider sources, and weekly payment to 1000+ company members, my team was now an integral part of our nationwide.

Leading a team of 15 staff conducting various tasks, to ensure the swift payment of monies received from numerous product providers to our adviser community.

After starting at what was then Millfield Partnership in September 2003 on the Post Processing Team, within six months I was offered the Team Leader postion for the Data Input Team.Achieving the objectives set out for me in this role, improving accuracy, team morale and staff knowledge, I then moved on to lead the New Business Processing Department.After.
