• Drive and lead a team of engaged advisors to convert above expectations and exceed above goal for all Key Metrics.
• To Motivate, Lead, Coach & Develop a team of 20+ advisors to produce and drive profitable sales & gross revenue for Sears Home Improvement division by setting quality net appointments and instill an outstanding member.
• Analyze and ensure we were maximizing all opportunities with all the leads sources within our dialer console. Also partnered with workforce to ensure we eliminate unnecessary loss of revenue based on staffing.

• Managed Marketing attributes ranging from in-store promotions, online marketing, emails, mobile messaging offers; surveys, special - events and direct mailers.
• Managed relationships between sales representatives and Sears’s Members; administered support to the sales force.
• Generated routine written and verbal feedback to District Sales Manager and Regional Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and suggest improvement when necessary.
• Elevated Greensboro/Charlotte, NC & Dallas TX markets to drive and generate revenue exceeding well over $15 million.
• Responsible for effective management of leads by source, area and product combined with ongoing communication to sales management around alignment of request to lead flow for positive influence of district operating.
• Responsible for an annual average district appointment forecast.
