As an experienced professional with over 20 years of diverse experience in the fields of engineering, project management, and service delivery, I am currently a Senior Account Manager at Jisc, a company that provides digital solutions and services for the UK education sector. In this role, I have been responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support. I have been with Jisc since October 2021, initially as a Service Delivery Executive.Before joining Jisc, I took a break from my career to travel and explore new cultures. During this time, I had the opportunity to reflect on my career aspirations and personal goals. Prior to my career break, I was with Tyco Integrated Fire & Security for over 13 years, where I held various roles in engineering and project management. As a Marine Project Specialist, I was responsible for delivering complex fire protection projects for the marine industry. As a Project Engineer, I managed projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they were delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Before this, I was a Sales Order Process Engineer, where I was responsible for designing and implementing processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales order process.Prior to my time with Tyco, I worked with HM Revenue & Customs for over four years, initially as a Tax Revenue Assistant before progressing to the role of Tax Revenue Officer and ultimately, Tax Revenue Supervisor. In these roles, I was responsible for ensuring that taxpayers complied with their tax obligations and that the revenue due to the government was collected in a timely and efficient manner.I am a results-driven and customer-focused professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of delivering results in challenging and complex situations. I am passionate about technology, innovation, and continuous learning, and I am committed to helping organisations achieve their goals and deliver value to their customers.
