My success as a strategic-thinking, results driven leader and senior-level sales management executive can be demonstrated by my achievements for developing and implementing strategies that drove sales growth for Confirmation, a start-up financial industry software solutions provider from zero to $100 million. Senior Director Global AccountsThomson Reuters / Confirmation (Thomson Reuters Acquired Confirmation In 2019) Aug 2019 - Jul 2022Following Thomson Reuters’ acquisition of Confirmation in 2019 for approximately $500 million, I transitioned into this senior leadership role to work collaboratively with and provide strategic insight to Thomson Reuters’ executive sales management team on driving global market growth.• Increased annual sales by more than 118% from $16+ million to $35 million.• Spearheaded roll out of Deutsche Bank Asia Pacific countries onto Confirmation platform and secured Deutsche Bank mandate resulting in $1 million of new recurring revenue.• Directed successful roll out of Citibank Asia Pacific countries onto Confirmation platform.• Negotiated 2-year renewal of the Global Services Agreement with HSBC (one of the largest banking and financial institutions in the world) and implemented HSBC API in Hong Kong and the UK.• Negotiated and closed deal for renewal of global agreement with Ernst & Young.

President InternationalConfirmation Oct 2015 - Sep 2019Nashville, Tennessee, UsI was promoted into this executive sales leadership position to launch this new formal international division, build global reseller relationships, open new corporate sales offices worldwide, and spearhead revenue growth and market penetration for Confirmation’s digital platform. • Relocated to London to open Confirmation's European office and grew the office to include sales, marketing, and customer service. Opened and managed offices in Hong Kong, Johannesburg, Melbourne, Mumbai, and Tokyo. • Developed and implemented global sales strategies executed through multiple resellers and 33 Confirmation sales employees across 8 global offices (London, Asia-Pacific, India, Japan, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Melbourne) generating $40 million in annual revenue. • Expanded global network of accounts to 16,000 accounting firms, 4,000 banks, major international banks (HSBC, BNP Paribas, ING, Royal Bank of Scotland, Deutsche Bank, Lloyds, National Australia Bank, Hang Seng Bank), and international offices of the Big 4 (Deloitte, EY, PWC, KPMG). • Drove annual sales from zero to $21+ million with 69% growth in 2016, 52% in 2017, 42% in 2018, and 22% in 2019. • Generated growth in largest global divisions: Europe ($1.2 million in 2015 to $6.2 million in 2019), Asia ($2.3 million in 2015 to $6.1 million in 2019), Middle East & Africa ($1.5 million in 2015 to $3.3 million in 2019), India (288% growth from 2015 through 2019), and Japan (126% growth from 2015 through 2019). • Surpassed expectations by creating this new market and changing the audit confirmation process from manual to electronic (current industry standard) using Confirmation’s software platform. • Confirmation's international business was a focus on the company's growth resulting in $60 million investment by Great Hills Partners in 2016 and ultimate sale of the business to Thomson Reuters in 2019. -
Senior Vice President / Vice PresidentConfirmation Aug 2002 - Oct 2015Nashville, Tennessee, UsI started as one of the original 4 co-founders of Confirmation with this entrepreneurial startup, working out of a garage for 2 years to launch the company and build name recognition, product awareness, and secure the initial customer base. • Performed all initial sales functions, signing every new bank as a user of Confirmation’s software and added Bank of America in 2005 resulting in Bank of America requiring use of Confirmation’s software for all US based audit confirmations, increasing the number of registered accounting firms using the system from 300 to over 5,000. This Bank of America account drove the company to profitability with no need for additional capital until 2016. • Hired and built out the company’s first additional US sales teams to support growth in the financial services industry. • Directed initial international sales expansion in 2012 by managing the first reseller partnership with CQS/Adapt IT in South Africa that added 1,000+ South African accounting firms with $5 million in annual recurring revenue. • Expanded sales into the Asia-Pacific region by managing the first reseller relationship that focused on new account development in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore.
