• Representing the Bank benefits in interrelations among government and local selfgoverning bodies, individual and incorporated bodies, also among the companies.• Managing and controlling operations and resources of Branch ensuring provision of high standard of operation efficiency and customer services whilst minimizing operational risk and maximizing contribution to the Bank’s profit• Managing 3 teams of different functional expertise, in total 30 people• Attracting new customers (both personal and corporate)• Increasing Bank products sales• Ensuring high standards of customer service within the branch• Handling all customer queries and complaints professionally• Developing customer relations• Contributing to professional development of subordinates and their activity improvement.
