Accountable for Solutions Development and previously the Enterprise Project Management Office (2009-2015) for a $26.5 billion (assets under management) financial services company with over 2,100 employees and 89 branches and 15 Business Banking Centres including subsidiaries Meridian OneCap Credit Corp and the newly launched digital bank, motusbank. Oversee a team of 72 full-time employees with a base operating budget of $6.8 million. The team consists of Business Analysts, Developers, Quality Assurance Analysts, Application Operations, Enterprise Architect and Project Managers (2009-2015) supporting the enterprise application platforms including Core Transaction Processing, Digital Banking Platforms, CRM, Loans Origination, Finance Systems, ABM/POS, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Workflow, and SharePoint.

Managed a team of 5 full-time project managers with a base operating budget of $0.6 million; supporting all enterprise projects with a $6.0 million strategic initiatives budget.

Managed a team of over 45 full-time and contract professionals with a budget of $3.9 million; supporting technology and maintenance of systems to ensure seamless access to critical credit card data for the CIBC Cards Product Division. Responsible for Card Products 28TB Decision Support Environment including data warehouses, ETL, business intelligence, analytics and campaign management disciples.

Oversaw 65 employees with a budget of $5.4 million, responsible for 25 applications supporting the Chief Accountants Division and Divisional Finance Groups for all of their financial reporting requirements including financial and management accounting and regulatory reporting.
