-Served as the technical lead for a group of developers on a cross-functional team, specializing in integration solutions and guest experience. Collaborated with product managers and developers for other systems to identify needs, gather requirements, design solutions, and implement. This was a pilot that ended up being a success for the client, which reorganized teams to be cross-functional and focused on specific business processes.-Established and enforced back-end and front-end coding standards across all teams. Introduced code reviews and version control via Github, resulting in consistent, readable code and decreased bugs and defects.-Designed and implemented a solution to service rental homes better. This included creating a data model that enabled internal users to track existing and potential service partners, such as cleaners. To facilitate setting up new homes with these services, I also developed a component that displayed a list view and a map, listing partners that had the home within the partner's service range, whether in a circular or polygon area. This significantly reduced the time required to onboard new partners and prepare homes for service.-Optimized a critical business process responsible for preparing homes for rental on distribution sites. This comprehensive enhancement involved refactoring multiple business flows and record-based logic to be more efficient. As a result, the frequency of executions per record and time per execution was significantly improved, leading to decreased runtime, less impact on enforced Salesforce limits, and fewer execution errors. -Spearheaded the automation of a formerly manual process by migrating Airbnb host credentials to Amazon DynamoDB as an External Object proof of concept (POC) and matching new homes to the correct host based on geographic location in the onboarding flow. This improved security and removed a significant multi-week bottleneck, improving the time to onboard new rental homes.

-Analyzed coastal flood hazards along Lake Michigan utilizing ArcGIS and Maple software programs. This analysis was produced for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the National Flood Insurance Program.-Oversaw the planning and construction of a groundwater monitoring well cluster to investigate the extent and concentration of a contamination plume on a superfund site in Great Neck, NY. Participated in the design of the wells based on results from preliminary data gathered from a small diameter boring hole and samples collected, which were used to classify the underlying soil layers and corresponding contamination concentrations.-Developed a standard operating procedure for emerging contaminants of concern, PFAS, and implemented the procedures across multiple sites.-Managed multiple terabytes of data used for storm modeling as it was transferred from a Linux-based server to internal Window-based servers utilizing a Cygwin terminal.-Planned and performed field collection of air, gas, groundwater, surface water, and leachate samples.-Analyzed data and assisted in preparing reports for clients as well as federal and state agencies.
