Integration Lead for multiple Middle and Large Enterprise clients. Managed integrations for projects in parallel including integration discovery, requirements gathering, hours modeling and forecasting, solution architecture, development, and quality assurance. Implementations include Third-Party Payroll, Internal Payroll, HCM, Financials and Benefits Integrations. Conduct training sessions for client developers who are building their own integrations. Work with Workday Delivery Assurance to manage significant project checkpoints.

Developed over twenty five inbound and outbound integrations for vendors using various Workday technologies including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday connectors, and Workday Studio. When necessary, XSL and Java programming languages were used in conjunction with these techniques to transform data into the format(s) required. The Thomson Reuters implementation was, at the time, Workday’s largest to date.

Developed multiple applications using C#, VB, and SQL Server that eliminated repetitive processes and allowed lower tiered support groups to handle issues that were previously escalated to the technical support team. Designed and coded a dashboard that interfaces with our ticketing system to provide an aggregate snapshot for management of current issue trends.
