Worked Propulsion Controls Integration and Engine Health Monitoring on the 737MAX and LEAP-1B engine program for new airplane development. I am the Boeing architect for all of the 737MAX Propulsion maintenance functions. This includes maintenance faults, ground tests, special functions, data load, engine trim balance and engine reporting. Created the Use Cases for Data Load, Trim Balance and Engine Reporting. Principle architect for the Design Assurance used in testing the Engine Electronic Controller with the rest of the airplane for which this process was adopted throughout the Boeing Commercial Enterprise for Propulsion. Severed as the Engine Network Security Subject Matter Expert for the 737MAX. Verified and tested all of the 737MAX functions for Data Load, Engine Balance, Engine Reporting, Fault Insertion and all Propulsion Maintenance capabilities. Taught various training programs to Airlines and Field Service Representatives on all Propulsion maintenance functions and capabilities for the 737MAX. F-22 Program, Pilot Training System:Served as the Process Architect for the F-22 Pilot Training System (aka flight simulators) defining Agile methodology for the development of new capabilities in the Pilot Training System. Propulsion Controls Engineer (Boeing Condor):Tested the engine control system (FADEC) for this UAV. The unmanned aircraft set an altitude record for level flight and would stay up for days at a time. The aircraft had a wing span larger than a 747.
