5 years of Call Center experience, 3 years of that being customer support and the other 2 being sales. I enjoy and thrive in the environment of the former much more than the latter. My most recent Call Center role was giving IT support to Takeda Pharmaceuticals Sales Reps on a multitude of hardware/software issues, ranging from things as mundane as password resets all the way to more complex issues that required remote sessions. I dealt mostly with Cisco AnyConnect, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and iOS.
