I am a degree educated sports coach and qualified personal trainer who has a passion for delivering fun and engaging health and fitness sessions. I have worked at over 30 different primary schools as a sports coach/PE instructor. This has included leading lessons during compulsory school hours as well as extra-curricular activities such as: sport activity holiday camps, before and after school activity clubs and lunch time clubs. I also facilitating exercise sessions for adults with SEND. The knowledge and skills gained from playing sports, studying and work experience have enabled me becoming a highly skilled multi-sports coach. I have coached a variety of different sports, this includes but is not limited to: gymnastics, athletics, football, basketball, etc. I am a good communicator and always aim to build a good rapport with clients, regardless of age and ability. My previous roles have included Operations Manager for Premier Sport, Lead Football Coach for The Little Foxes Club and Sports Coach at Community Sport Coaching Foundation.I am passionate about sport and fitness and I enjoy helping others to keep fit and engage in sports activities.
