A prospective generator and oil finder with 21 years, experience of sourcing, developing and managing concurrent integrated geologic and geophysical based exploration/exploitation programs under a variety of deal structures including Consulting Services, Joint Venture, Consortium, Technology Development, Representation and Participation Agreements. Program emphasis are on prospect generation, infill and step-out drilling opportunities in frontier and established areas as well as identification and application of relevant technologies applied to exploration objectives to reduce pre-drilling risk, capital and operational expenses and collapsing idea to abandonment time frames.Additional experience in strategic alliance identification and development, budgeting and cost estimation, bid normalization, deal screening, risk analysis, seismic and data license and purchase agreement negotiation and concurrent projects management. Excellent hands-on team leader and team builder, who effectively communicates, sets direction and builds alignment with: drilling, production and reservoir engineers; landmen, legal, financial and executive; geoscientists, petrophysicists, and geochemists; third party specialists; seismic, drilling and logging contractors; and Government and regulatory Agencies.
