Starting his career as an intern in 2014 while he was studying his bachelor’s in Civil Engineer, by the time he got his degree he was already working as a structural designer having responsibilities such as coordination, structural modeling, design and quality control of all the drawings the office produced. As a structural engineer Mr. Marcucci has worked in a wide variety of projects such as mid to high-rise structures, residential buildings, mixed-use projects, industry and public-sector projects.Mr. Marcucci skills include but are not limited to structural analysis and design, architectural coordination, client management, construction administration, leadership, AutoCAD and REVIT skills (Autodesk), advanced modeling techniques (CSI America Software, Bentley Software, Adapt Soft, etc.), knowledge of standard construction technics and preparation of project related documents for construction and municipal agencies. Additionally, to Colombia, Mr. Marcucci has worked in project localized in Costa Rica, Colombia Middle East and Unite States using local and international codes such as ASCE, ACI, AISC, etc.Due to his experience dealing with construction issues David is very proficient at dealing with contractor submittals, shop drawings, RFIs and additional services due to problems or changes in the projects.Some of his works include the 1.4 million square-foot Aston Martin residences, a 817 foot tall residential tower in Miami; Aventura Mall Expansion, a 315.000 square-foot new wing for the popular mall located in North Miami; 515 W 18TH ST, a 430.000 square-foot residential project located in West Chelsea, New York; Al Raha Beach Plot RBW7-18, 15 story commercial and residential building located in Abu Dhabi.
